Welcome to The Matted Doodle! My name is Maggie and I am a Fear Free Certified® , professional groomer who has spent 17 years in the field. I draw on my experience as both a groomer and a former veterinary technician to partner with you in keeping your dog well-groomed, happy, and healthy. I know your furry companion is truly part of the family and look forward to working with you to provide the best care possible for them! I specialize in working with dogs who best benefit from the one-on-one grooming experience (older doggos, those with health or behavioral concerns, and grooming anxiety).   • Skin and Coat evaluation
  • Pet Parent consultation
  • Shampoo and Conditioner according to your pet's skin and coat (medical shampoos / conditioners are welcome)
  • Fluffy dry and Brush out
  • Nail trim
  • Ear cleaning
  • Gland expression (as needed)
  • Teeth brushed
  • Stylized haircut

Groom Pricing

Our grooming cost is an hourly rate of $85 an hour. This includes all of our services listed above but does not include flea/tick treatment, dematting, or transportation. We do not accept tips and there are no extra charges or fees for various shampoos or conditioners, etc. The time needed will vary based on your pet's size, coat type, and individual needs. If your pup has excessive matting I may recommend having a veterinarian handle it to avoid cuts and razor burn. I will send you a price estimate once I learn more about your pup(s).
